I have been associated with Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd for 2 years. Although this may seem like a short time to establish oneself in an organization, I have found that Himadri's working culture is different. New entrants are given a warm welcome and appropriate induction to help them settle in quickly. The people here are inclusive and provide initial handholding during the transition. This has been the first experience of mine at Himadri.
